LAS VEGAS — Industry veterans Ed Gilligan and Frank Arvia have merged their marketing and strategic planning business.

The two announced the merger of Ed Gilligan Enterprises and Arvia Home Fashion Services into A&G Home Services Sales and Marketing during the Las Vegas Market. The separate businesses “were performing on a parallel basis” and combining efforts will enable greater focus and bring them closer to clients,” Gilligan said in the statement.

The new company has offices in Chicago and Las Vegas, and there are plans to open a Southeast office in early 2018.

Gilligan and Arvia are former retail executives, who have also worked with industry suppliers to develop branding, marketing and sales representation. Gilligan held senior positions at Sears and was president of merchandising and marketing for the former Levitz. Arvia was a buyer of upholstery, living room tables, and accent furniture at Sears. Among other things, they have worked with Flexsteel, Broyhill, The Karel Corp. and Townhouse Inds., according to a release.

A&G offers strategic planning, developing branding marketing and sales rep services as well as distribution and logistics assistance.
