SessionM erweitert Omnichannel-Marketing-Fähigkeiten auf bestehenden Systemen

SessionM, die führende Plattform für Kundenengagement, gab heute bekannt, dass das Unternehmen in dem im Juli 2017 erschienenen Gartner-Bericht mit dem Titel „Gear Up for the Evolving Multichannel Marketing Landscape“ als mobile Marketing-Plattformlösung aufgeführt wurde.

Nach Angaben von Gartner nutzt fast jede zweite Organisation ein aktives Multichannel-Kampagnenmanagement (MCCM). In dem Bericht heißt es weiter: „Selbst die MCCM-Lösungen mit den umfangreichsten Angeboten an Funktionen und Tools sind jedoch nicht das einzige Mittel, mit dem Marketing-Fachleute die Herausforderungen des Multichannel-Marketing bewältigen können. Und trotz laufender Iterationen und Upgrades der Funktionen aufgrund von Kundennachfrage und/oder breiteren Markttrends, bestehen hier weiterhin Lücken. Diese Dynamik ergibt Chancen für Anbieter, die im weiteren Umfeld des Multichannel-Marketings tätig sind.“

Die von SessionM angebotene Plattform für Kundenengagement versetzt globale Marken in die Lage, ihre diesbezüglichen Bestrebungen zu intensivieren, ohne dass die bestehenden Kampagnenmanagement-Plattformen ersetzt werden müssen.
